Our experiences with an AuPair

Children and profession can get along with eachother – with good organisation.
Both of us wanted to realize our dream of independence even with children.
To knock out superfluous ways to and from work, we placed our office directly next to the privat-appartement of Mrs. Krimmel. So we’re always right next to our children.
Our AuPair Zuzana cares for our three children, Liane, Clara und Moritz. The girls go to kindergarden in the mornings and get picked up at noon. In the meantime meal gets prepared. Moritz is during the mornings with Zuzana. At this time, they go for little walks, visit the playground or have playdates.
During the morning zuzana is talking slowak to moritz – in the meantime he understands slowak pretty well.
After lunch together , the kids take their nap and are supervised by the baby-phone. From 15:00 p.m zuzanna is taking care of the children for another 2 hours. She plays, laughs and does little art projects with them until we get off our agency.
Illnesses, holidays etc. are no problem. Zuzana does then the same she did until the girls started kindergarden in September. She takes the three of them. Zuzana loves playing with children and surprises the children all the time with new games and ideas.
We can carry on our own business with comfortable conscience, because we now our children safe and well with zuzana.
